Attention! Cylinder for the quick and handy craftsman!

• This is a Puch Maxi cylinder that can be made to fit a Tomos A3 / A35 / A55 / various models.
• Not for the novice wrencher!
• Crankshaft stroke and stud mounting distance of a Tomos is the same as for a Puch Maxi.
• To fit this cylinder to a Tomos, you will need to modify the exhaust flange of your exhaust, you will need to modify the manifold and you may need to boring your crankcase and/or reshape the ports.

Airsal / Eurokit 74cc cylinder (47mm) Aluminum, Nicasilcoated.

• Cylinder head, piston (piston pin 12mm) and gasket set is included.
• For Puch Condor / Monza / Cobra

After 15 gloomy years of absence, the insanely powerful king of the piston port cylinders is now locked, stocked and ready to tear up the streets once again!

• Airsal adapted the piston, curved exhaust port instead of straight as the Maxi cylinder. The inlet studs are at the same measurements as regular Puch Maxi cylinders.
• The only thing that’s left for you to do is match your engine cases to fit a 51mm cylinder sleeve.
  
• Our advise is to use a 19mm carburetor or bigger
• Inlet is 20mm.
• Cylindersleeve outer diameter: 51mm

Preparation for assembly

• We always recommend to check and clean the cylinder thoroughly before installation and to finish the ports in the cylinder slightly with a 1000 grit sandpaper so that the edges are no longer so sharp due to the Nicasil coating, in order to extend the life of the cylinder/piston considerably.
