Our customer service is open on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00. Within these times, we usually respond within 2 hours. Do you have a question about an order? Don't forget to mention your order number!Do you have a technical question?

Oops... unfortunately, we don't have customer service by telephone. But you can reach us in other ways!Pickup your order
It is possible to pick up your order at our warehouse. Place your order in our webshop and select "Pick up" as the shipping method.
You can only collect your order once you have received an email saying "Ready for pickup". Please do not come before, this is to avoid any disappointments.
Counter sale
It is possible to order parts at our counter. Please note that there is a 10% surcharge on the current webshop prices at the counter. It may also happen that something is not in stock.
When you order your parts online and choose to collect them from our warehouse, this surcharge obviously does not apply. Also you are sure that everything is in stock when you pick it up after you got a notification.
