Carburettor set with a PHBG 17.5mm model carburettor, 19mm manifold and racing foam filter. Ideal for a Tomos with 65cc or 70cc setup! This set fits perfectly behind the side cover with only small modification of the cover.

Set contains:

• Dellorto PHBG 17.5mm replica carburetor
• 19mm manifold (modified version, now plug & play!)
• Air filter 32mm power 45 degrees angled black
  

Manifold information

• Connection outer diameter: 24mm
• Inner diameter: 19mm
• Use 1x loose M5x25 stud and 3x socket head bolts for mounting manifold for this or adjust the manifold slightly for easy mounting.
  

Carburetor information

• Model as Dellorto PHBG, very good replica.
• Hand choke model
• Connection diameter of the manifold 24mm
• Connection diameter of the air filter 32mm
• Nozzles/jets suitable for this carburettor are Dellorto 5mm jets/nozzles
• Carburettors are delivered with a blanc nozzle/jet.
• Carburettors should always be cleaned before installation

Note: 

• This set does not fit with Tomos E-starter!
• The carburettor will be very slightly tilted after mounting, this does not affect operation.
  
• Use 1x loose M5x25 stud and 3x socket head bolts for mounting manifold for this or adjust the manifold slightly for easy mounting.
  
• Do not overtighten your carburetor to your manifold, as this may cause the clamp to break. No warranty when you have overtightening the clamp!
• The float chamber is mounted with 4 bolts, 3 long and 1 short. Always ensure that you always place the short bolt on the corner of the air adjustment screw! If you screw in a long bolt here, it will hit the air adjustment screw and block it!
• The jet that is mounted in the carburettor / set is blank and different for each batch. (The manufacturer does this because they cannot know on which engine / setup this carburettor will be mounted). It is therefore highly advisable to order a jet-set so that you can always achieve maximum adjustment.
