Clutch Tomos A35 / A55 1st gear Jammer high performance

High performance (race) clutch to replace your stock 1st gear clutch for your Tomos.

Tip: Do not forget to also order a new serrated serrated spring washer M10 (see related products).

Highly recommended for every stock and tuned Tomos moped!

• For Tomos A35 and A55 1st gear clutches
• 3 sets of clutch springs are included: 1.5mm, 1.6mm and 1.7mm. The 1.5mm springs are mounted by default.

Springs specifications

• White: 1.5mm (soft) for stock Tomos
• Green: 1.6mm (medium) for tuned engine
• Yellow: 1.7mm (hard) for extreem tuned engine

Clutch specifications

• Total weight clutch: 266.6 gram
• Weight for each clutch shoe: 37.5 gram
• Hardened clutch hub
• Assembled with 10.9 bolts

Note: Lock the bolts before mounting with Loctite 243. Our advise is to soak the clutch 24 hour in ATF-oil before mounting.
