1. Which shipping methods can I choose from?
Note: If you use a drop-off authorisation with a carrier, the delivery is entirely at the consumer's own risk. See Terms & Conditions 7.7. or DPD deposit authorisation.
Free shipping with DPD
We offer free shipping to a selection of countries, starting from a certain amount. This amount may be different for every country, as the shipping costs are also different for every country. You can find a overview of our shipping costs on our shipping costs page.
Shipping via letter post
If the desired products can be sent in an envelope, you can choose letter post in the checkout. Please note that you cannot choose letter post if the subtotal value of the order exceeds €22. Letter post does not include tracking.
Shipping with DPD
On the day of delivery you will receive a message from DPD. This message states a period of one hour within which your parcel will be delivered.
Have you changed your plans and are you not at home after all? Then you can easily change the time or place of delivery online. You can also choose to have your package delivered to a parcelshop.
On the day of delivery, you can follow your package online with live tracking. You can even see on the map how many stops the driver still has to make.
Shipping with PostNL
PostNL is a Dutch postal service provider. If a parcel is sent outside the Netherlands, it is transferred to the postal carrier of your own country.
Shipping with DHL Express
Do you need parts quickly? We offer DHL Express for this. DHL Express can deliver a package to the most countries in the world within 48 hours. This shipping method is a bit more expensive, but you can be sure that you will receive your order quickly.
Pick up from a package shop / collection point
In the checkout you can choose to have your order delivered to a parcel shop of your choice. As soon as the parcel is on its way, you will receive an e-mail from the carrier with your parcel details. As soon as the parcel is ready for delivery at the selected parcel shop. The parcel shop will keep your parcel for 7 days, so be sure to collect it as soon as possible. If you do not pick up your parcel in time, it will be returned to us. You can only collect the parcel yourself with a valid ID.

2. What are the shipping costs?

The products in our webshop are connected to the stock in our warehouse, so we can see exactly how much of a certain product we have in stock. On the product page you can see if a product is widely available (in stock) or if there are only a few, one or no products in stock.
Certain products in our warehouse may have a negative stock level. These are products that we can get on short term from our supplier(s). If this is the case, the delivery time may take a little longer. If the delivery time is unexpectedly longer than the indicated delivery time, we will contact you for a suitable solution.
4. Haven't received your order (yet)?
Have you chosen mail delivery? Unfortunately we cannot see where your order is. In that case, please be patient and wait a little longer. Is the tracking of a package not clear? Please contact us.
5. Can I also pickup my order?
However, you must first place an order and pay in our webshop. You will then receive a message as soon as your order is ready.
Without an order, you cannot collect parts from our warehouse. It is possible that the product you need is not in stock. By placing a order in our webshop, the parts will be reserved for you.
Please report yourself at our counter, where you will be assisted by one of our employees. If you pickup your order, we won' charge shipping costs if you choose shipping method "Pickup from our warehouse" in the checkout.

Monday t/m friday: 8.00-17:00
6. VAT and delivery to an address in a nearby country (Non-EU > EU)
The package we send will come with an export invoice, you will have this to be stamped at the customs as proof of export. Then send the stamped invoice to us by e-mail so that we can refund the VAT amount you have paid. Please clearly mention your order number. The refund will always be made via the payment method on which your order was placed and we will process it within 7 working days of receiving the stamped invoice.
