- For the 1st or 2nd gear of a Tomos A35 / A55.
- Clutch segments are CNC made from aluminium.
- Stage 3 (race) clutch
- Suitable for 50cc, 65cc, 70cc as well as 74cc setups. For best results use in combination with an inner rotor.
- Plug & play, use the original 1st or 2nd gear clutch hub
- Set of 3 pcs segments with SF carbon liner
- Weight per segment: +/- 36 grams
- Tested and proven on a 74cc setup with 14.3hp at 15,000 rpm.

The clutch comes with 3 different sets of springs:
- Blue: soft, for 50cc / 50cc fast set-ups
- Yellow: medium, for 65cc set-ups
- Red: hard, for 70cc / 74cc set-ups
Tip: Do not forget to also order a new serrated serrated spring washer M10 (see related products).
Note:
- Without clutch hub and pin 15x7mm (use your original or see related products)
Tips
- Note: mount the clutch and the spring as in the picture (on the inside)
- For a 50cc or 65cc setup you don't need to upgrade the 2nd gear.
- If you use these clutch segments for both 1st and 2nd gear, do not use the same strength springs for both gears. If you do, you will have to let go of the throttle when changing gears. Always use the softer springs for 2nd gear for smooth shifting.
- Note: If you use springs that are too hard for your setup, the engine will not shift.
- If you use soft springs for 1st gear and hard springs for 2nd, the engine will start immediately in 2nd gear.
- For 50cc setups, use the soft springs for both gears or keep 2nd gear standard.
- For 65cc setups, use medium for 1st gear and hard springs for 2nd.
- For 70cc or higher, use hard springs for 1st gear and medium springs for 2nd gear.
