Instructions for use
- Before use, carefully read and follow the instructions on the packaging.
Preliminary treatment
- The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free. Remove loose old paint residues and rust and sand subsequently. For optimum fluorescent results, prime with MoTip white primer. For the treatment of plastic surfaces, use MoTip plastic primer and subsequently apply a coat of MoTip white primer. Lightly sand the primer after drying (600-grit paper).
Lacquers
- The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free. Bring the spray can to room temperature. Ideal processing temperature 15 to 25°C. Shake spray can well for 2 minutes before use and spray a test piece. Distance to the surface to be treated approx. 25 to 30 centimetres. Apply the lacquer in several thin layers. Before applying the next coat, shake the spray can again.
Recommendation:
- To improve UV and weather resistance, apply a topcoat of MoTip acrylic clear varnish.
- After use, spray the valve clean (hold spray can upside down and press spray head for approx. 5 seconds).
- Drying time depends on ambient temperature, humidity and applied layer thickness.
