1. Returns

We at Tomoshop.nl strive to keep all our customers happy and satisfied. There is, however, always a possibility that an item does not meet the customers expectations. If this is the case, or if it turns out you have ordered the wrong parts, we offer a 30 day return policy.

Upon returning items the customer will have to pay the shipping costs. If a mistake was made on our part, Tomoshop.nl will pay for the shipping costs. We will try to refund the money to the customers account within 7 days.

Article 16. Returns

1. Consumers can return goods only after consultation with Tomoshop.nl.
2. When a shipment, the product package (package) to be provided with a copy invoice a clear description of the defective / complaint of the product. Without this information will Tomoshop.nl the application will not be processed.
3. Tomoshop.nl is not responsible for any loss of goods during a return, it is desirable that all documentation is duplicated to send. Tomoshop.nl prior to the defective product(s)
4. The consumer is responsible for damage and / or loss during transport to Tomoshop.nl.
5. The shipping of the exchange or repaired product (s) shall be borne by the consumer.

2. What products do we don't accept to return?

If it possible to return any product except for electronics and helmets within the return period. Make sure the product is in the original packaging. We don't accept used/damaged products.

3. How does the refund work?

We will refund the purchase price within 7 work days on your bank account. This period begins at the time that we receive your package.

5. How can I return a product?

To return product(s), you have to use the following form: Download Tomoshop_Retourformulier_EN.pdf (391 kB)

Fill out the return form completely, print the form and include it in the package. With this form we know what to do when we recieve your package. As soon as we receive your package, we will process it. We will contact you when we have recieved your package and if the payment is returned.
